3. Please package the unused, damaged or defective product to protect it from damage in return shipping. You can return the product in the               original shipping carton and any packing material to protect product during shipping.

4. When you return the unused, damaged or defective product to us we recommend you use the original shipping service as sent that also                   includes tracking information on the package.

5. If you are exchanging an item, we will give you information regarding the process for exchanging a product.

Please allow 10 - 15 business days for your return to reach us and to be processed. Supplements USA, LLC. will not accept responsibility for products lost in transit or products that are damaged due to inadequate packaging for return shipment.
